Allah has legislated Jihad to prevent corruption & transgression throughout the earth and to destroy the oppressors.
Allah says Oppression is worse then murder, so fight those who fight you on account of your religon and to defend the muslims but transgress not!
You can get started by first joining a gym, getting in shape physically & then joining the many muslim armies across the globe.
However you should avoid Khawarijj takfeeri groups who are enemies of Islam such as ISIS. They are funded by the non-muslims and they kill muslims.
The Ummah currently is in a state of defensive Jihad.
The rewards of the martyr are huge so don’t delay while you have your youth!

The Prophet said, “Nobody who dies and finds good from Allah (in the Hereafter) would wish to come back to this world even if he were given the whole world and whatever is in it, except the martyr who, on seeing the superiority of martyrdom, would like to come back to the world and get killed again (in Allah’s Cause).” (Sahih Bukhari, 4:52:53)
