Real Healthy food helps your kids grow into healthy individuals while with processed fake foods you running the risk to make you and your kids sick and spend more money on medicine(drugs) than you would on healthy food in the first place. Not to talk about the lifespan and other factors.
Healthy food can be prepared in advance and in the morning you can just grab it and take it to school or work.
On weekends you can have a family cooking time and all members got a task to prepare something to make it happen faster and everyone is benefitting from it while socializing at the same time – that is quality family time and getting into the habit to live a healthy lifestyle.
